The proprietors, Ray and Maureen Winstanley, have over 30 years' combined experience dealing with wedding attire and corporate wear.
Winstanley's offers a specialist home measurement service, which means we come to you, which takes the stress out of fitting you for your wedding suit as well as saving you time when looking for your wedding suit.
Also, we save you the time of going to collect your garments and going back to return them after your special day!

We are not a 9-5 company. Ray, Maureen or one of our team is available from 10am up to 8pm seven days a week.

Hiring a Wedding Suit
After you have chosen the garments and accessories you require, a further measurement date is appointed for the remaining of your guests to be measured.
From this we collate a breakdown of sizes for the Groom, Best Man and family members and a detailed analysis of your wedding requirements will be sent to you.
Winstanley's take the time to discuss your requirements, with a vast range of over seventy waistcoats to choose from you can be assured of finding a waistcoat to compliment your bridesmaids' colour theme for the day - including matching accessories.
We can provide that special suit with a difference if required e.g. Caribbean wear (2/3 weeks hire service available for the wedding abroad). Or evening suits available for that honeymoon cruise.
Children's Wedding Wear
We also provid children's suits that compliment our wide range of adult wedding suits. Sizes start from 1 year old.
Delivery Day
All garments are individually packed in a zipper carrier and will be delivered 7 days prior to your wedding day, we do ask for you to try all garments as soon as possible (in the first 48hrs upon delivery) to allow for a smooth change over of any exchanges required, leaving plenty of time for your special day.
Garments will be collected from you the day after your wedding, maybe your Best Man can arrange for all garments to be collected from individual members, you just give us the details of where to collect and we will do the rest!
Please ensure all pockets are checked before returning to us as they go strait to the dry cleaners and we cannot be held responsible for anything left in pockets or the suit zipper carrier

If for any reason there is a delay of more than 48hrs in returning the garments, a charge of £10 will be charged (due to the extemly high demand for our wedding suits, there is a very short turn-around time between suit bookings).
Although we realise that accidents can happen, if for any reason someone spills a drink or food stain appear on any garments in most cases you could gently dab the stain with cold water as soon as possible, or try to identify the cause of the stain to help us to use the correct cleaning fluids.
